The customer service was horrible. She answered the phone very rude and just transferred the phone and nobody answered. It was first time to call them and it was very disappointed.

We had a pipe burst in our basement late afternoon on a Friday. Pat showed up within minutes, found the leak and fixed it super quick. Made sure everything was working before he left and was really friendly and very informative the whole time. Great experience, Highly recommended.

My kitchen and my basement was flooding. I called Ermer Plumbing & Heating, and same morning the technician showed up. Indeed, we had two technicians, Eric and Chris. They were professional and respectful, and I can tell you they did an excellent job. They tried to avoid any extra damage since the leak was hidden in a wall. It was not a easy job for sure. They found an open t- pipe that was left behind by the builders. They also free the blocked sewage water pipes. I really appreciated and strongly recommend their services to the community.

Will not call another plumber ever again! Matt and Chris were clever and quick and solved a serious venting problem that our family has been battling for nearly 2 years. It was so bad at times i wanted to sell our home and leave in fear of my family's health. I am so incredibly impressed, if you are looking for a top-notch plumber, look no further!
