Sending out heartfelt thanks to Heather & Pat at Ermen Plumbing in Moncton. I arrived there two weeks ago during a... snowstorm with my failed Sanibest Pro. Which is the toilet and sink lift system (septic) for my wife's hair salon in our basement. They (Pat) methodically diagnosed the problem back to a failed motor. Heather informed me that they could get me a new motor for nearly $600.00. I said I couldn't immediately purchase one. She stated that she was trying to get Saniflo to come good for it. I stated that the we had passed the warranty period by 6 months. She said, your basement flooded because of a part that shouldn't have failed for another 10 years. She said let me work on it.
Two days later she called me in Miramichi and stated that Saniflo would come good for a new motor and labour. I was very pleased. This was a difficult time for us here but the service from Heather Kearns and Pat was above and beyond. I waited 4 days for another plumbing outfit to come to my home. I contacted Ermen as I was at breaking point with no... water in my home for 4 days. Heather from Ermens helped me and said the plumber will be at your home in 2 hours. We had our sewer back up on us on a Sunday night and immediately called Ermen. I know their history and reputation in... this community. They were here within an hour and went right to work. I was able to describe what had happened over the phone and they knew exactly where to go. I didn't time them but I'm sure the problem was solved within 10 minutes. They offered suggestions on who to contact for professional cleaners as well as when to contact my insurance company. They left and advised someone would contact me about the bill. There was nothing to sign and they left the house cleaner than it was before they arrived!
I received a call the following day and, to my surprise, they said they were sending someone over for a follow up. I didn't expect this at all considering I was very confident that the job was done correctly the night before. The same plumber arrived within minutes and checked her work. Again, no issues and very professional.
I received my bill and, considering I called them on a Sunday night, was very happy to see it was better than reasonable. I actually thought they made a mistake...so I called them. There was no mistake and no charge for the follow up visit. I'd recommend Ermen Plumbing every time. And I have on several occasions since. Anyone who's ever had their sewer back up knows it's not pretty. Ermen was top notch in everything they did, from start to finish.read more

My Dad dealt with Ermen for decades, after he passed last year my sister asked them for a quote to install a $600.00... sump pump with battery backup she bought from them and it took them 5 months for them to finally say their quote was too low and we had to pay an extra $800.00 over the original $500.00 install quote. Needless to say we went somewhere else to get it installed..read more

We had a pipe burst in our basement late afternoon on a Friday. Pat showed up within minutes, found the leak and fixed... it super quick. Made sure everything was working before he left and was really friendly and very informative the whole time. Great experience, Highly recommended.read more

My kitchen and my basement was flooding. I called Ermer Plumbing & Heating, and same morning the technician showed up.... Indeed, we had two technicians, Eric and Chris. They were professional and respectful, and I can tell you they did an excellent job. They tried to avoid any extra damage since the leak was hidden in a wall. It was not a easy job for sure. They found an open t- pipe that was left behind by the builders. They also free the blocked sewage water pipes. I really appreciated and strongly recommend their services to the community.read more
